Empowered Souls is a Saskatoon based holistic healing and spiritual development practice offering grounded, evidence-informed energy healing, intuitive services, and structured spiritual education. Our work is practical, ethical, and focused on real-world application, not spiritual bypassing, performative mysticism, or vague promises.

We provide Reiki and advanced energy healing, intuitive and divinatory readings, astrology, and integrative spiritual mentorship, alongside classes and workshops designed to give clients usable tools they can apply in daily life. Every service is delivered with clear boundaries, consistent standards, and an emphasis on accountability, integration, and personal responsibility.

Meet Shari

I’m Shari, an intuitive mentor and energy practitioner with a grounded, real-life approach to healing and spiritual development. I work with people at turning points…moments of change, unraveling, healing, and becoming…when clarity matters and insight needs to translate into real movement forward.

Much of my work centers on threshold moments—the spaces between what was and what’s next. Raised on the prairies, my roots are practical, earth-connected, and shaped by an understanding that transformation isn’t abstract. I blend energy healing, intuitive insight, and grounded spiritual tools to help people navigate change with discernment, stability, and self-trust.

At Empowered Souls, I hold space as both guide and Gatekeeper—someone who helps you pause, assess, and choose your next step with awareness and responsibility. This work isn’t about escape or spiritual performance. It’s about meeting yourself honestly, integrating what you uncover, and crossing into the next phase of your life with clarity, confidence, and agency.
